Morning! Welcome one and all! Time for some desk snooping around the globe. If you're still wondering why I post a picture of my messy workdesk every Wednesday, you better go to Julia's Stamping Ground and she'll tell you all about WOYWW!
Here's what I'm up to this week:
Since I work on my PC table due to lack of space, the keyboard drawer makes an extra desk. Huraah!
There's nail polish, washi tape, a fimo cupcake and doggie and way at the back you can just see a hint of the latest card I've been working on.
And these clay pendant are my latest obsession. My lovely sponsors at Wholeport.com sent me this package of antique pendant bases to play with and I knew straight away what I was going to do with them.
The toadstools turned out lovely, don't you think?
Here's one more fimo figure for you guys. Just because you seem to like them very much!
I haven't decided what this little mermaid would be made into yet. A brooch pin perhaps?
Well, I guess that's it for this week. Don't forget to visit Stamping Ground and check out what everyone else is up to.
xo,

Love the little pendant Roudi, great idea to put the toadstools outside of the frame like that. Beautiful mermaid too, how do you stop your fingerprints from showing up in the Fimo? I take it you mold it with your fingers, or do you have to use special tools?

Like always your creations are amazing, I love how you have layered the toadies over the pendant frame.

You are the queen of modeling small figures ( psstt...Jamie collects mermaids, hint hint ) I love the pendants, so well done my friend! waving hi from the hills of North Carolina ♥
ReplyDeleteHaha, Sandee, I love that you hinted that because I was going to do that exact thing. And, Roudi, I just love your pendants. I think the next package I send you, I'm going to have to put in a whole bunch of random pendants and hairpins and the such for you to play with. And maybe I'll break out my clay and make you something. ;-)
